I cannot register an optional cordless handset. What should I do?

To resolve the issue check the following:

  • Make sure that you use the DECT™ Handset BCL-D70.
    BCL-D20 cannot be used with this machine.

  • Check that the cordless handset and the machine (base unit) are both in standby mode.
