During web conferences, other callers hear excess noise from my phone.

Try the following steps:

  1. Turn down your computer's microphone volume.
  2. Ask the other callers to turn up their speaker volume.

To avoid picking up noise from your computer’s fan, make sure you place the VT-1000 away from your computer.
