Other callers cannot hear me clearly.

Try the following steps:

  1. Ask other callers to turn up their speaker volume.
  2. Make sure the VT-1000 is not set to Mute (the Mute LED is orange when the VT-1000 is muted). If the Mute LED is on, press the Mute button to turn the Mute feature off.
  3. Make sure the VT-1000's microphone is selected on your computer.
  4. Turn up your computer's microphone volume.
