Other callers hear echoes and loud background noise from my connection.

Try the following steps:
 

During a Web Conference:

  1. Make sure the VT-1000's microphone is selected on your computer.
  2. When you use the VT-1000 as a speaker and a microphone, turn off Presentation Mode by pressing the Presentation Mode button.

During a Conference using a Smartphone:

  • Disconnect, and then reconnect the phone cable.
