To cancel a Broadcast in progress, please follow these steps:

1. Press MENU and select Fax => Remaining Jobs.
   
   Your Brother machine's LCD will show the Broadcast job number followed by the fax number or name being dialed.For example: #001 0123456789.
   
   
   
2. Press the OK key.
   
   Your Brother machine's LCD will display the Broadcast job number, the fax number or name being dialed, and the message 1. Clear 2. Exit.
   
   
   
3. Press 1 to cancel sending to the fax number currently being dialed.
   
   Your Brother machine's LCD will display the Broadcast job number and the message 1. Clear 2. Exit.
   
    
   
4. Press 1 to cancel the entire Broadcast.
   
   
   
5. Press the STOP/EXIT key.
