When attempting to open an embroidery file located on a CD-ROM with PE-Design Ver.7.0, a message "The parameter is incorrect" is displayed and the file does not open.
Please deal in one of the following ways.
- Update the version of software to the latest version.
- Copy the embroidery file from the CD ROM on to the PC Hard Drive and then open the file with PE-Design 7.0.
We recommend Measure 1. because other trouble will be solved.
Please click the "Downloads" tab to get update file.
