Vertical streaks appear in my copies.

These types of lines are typically caused by dirt or white out on the scanner unit. The scanner unit is the mechanism that reads the documents that are being sent or copied. This problem is usually resolved by cleaning the white pressure bar and the glass cover with a clean, soft, dry, lint free cloth. To see the details, click here.

If you continue to experience vertical lines, repeat the cleaning process. If the situation persists after multiple cleanings, contact our Customer Service Center.

We recommend unplugging the power cord for safety.
