I'm using MagicJack and am having problems sending or receiving faxes.
MagicJack is a Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) phone service that you can use with your high-speed internet connection.
- Brother does not support the use of its fax machines and Multifunction Centers with MagicJack.
- Click here for information about connecting your Brother machine to MagicJack.
- If you want to use your Brother machine to send and receive faxes over MagicJack, we recommend you contact MagicJack and ask them which modem speed they recommend for faxing.
