Adjusting the Position of the Feed Roller

 

For normal operations (when the optional roll feeder is not used), it is not necessary to adjust the position of the feed roller.
If the feed roller is inadvertently moved, follow the procedure below to return it to its original position.
For details on using the roll feeder, refer to the manual.

(1) Shaft

(2) Feed roller

(3) Feed roller lock dial

(4) Feeder release lever

 

 

 

  1. Pull the feeder release lever toward you to release the shaft.

  2. Rotate the feed roller lock dial toward the back to unlock the feed roller, and then move the feed roller to theimagemark.
    Move the feed roller  to theimagemark when the roll feeder is being used.

  3. Rotate the feed roller lock dial toward you to lock the feed roller, and then push the feeder release lever to the imageposition.

    Be careful not to pinch your fingers while operating the feeder release lever.
