I can not hear any sound from my computer when I connect VT-1000. (VT-Multi)

Try the following steps:

  1. Turn up the VT-Multi's speaker volume and make sure the VT-Multi is not set to Mute. During OmniJoin operation, select the Audio tab, make sure that the mute icon in "Speaker Volume" is set to off and adjust the speaker volume up.
  2. Make sure VT-Multi is selected as the audio device in your applications. In order to use VT-Multi, you need to select VT-Multi each time.
  3. Disconnect and then reconnect the VT-1000's USB cable to your computer. Please note that, if this is done during OmniJoin operation, the audio device settings will be changed when you reconnect the VT-1000 to your computer. Please make sure to select VT-Multi for speaker and microphone again.
