Remove the Rechargeable Li-ion Battery

  1. Make sure the Labeling System is turned off. If the Labeling System is turned on, press and hold image to turn off it.
  2. Rest the printer face down on a flat surface. Press the Cover Latch (1) and remove the Rear Cover (2).

  3. Remove the Rechargeable Li-ion Battery, as shown by the arrow.

  4. Make sure the Release Lever (1) is in the raised position, as shown.

  5. Make sure the Rear Cover Hooks (1) are correctly inserted, and then close the Rear Cover.
