Before signing up for the Artspira+ subscription plan, make sure you're using the latest version of your Brother machine's software.

Use your computer to visit our Brother support website, support.brother.com, go to your machine's Downloads page, and follow the on-screen instructions to download the latest software to your Brother machine.
Software files cannot be downloaded using your mobile device. Please download the software to your Brother machine using your computer.
