Add Shortcuts
Use the Shortcuts feature to create shortcuts for frequently used operations, such as Scan to USB, Scan to Email Server, Scan to Network, and Scan to FTP/SFTP.
These instructions describe how to add a Scan to USB Shortcut. The steps for adding other 'Scan to' shortcuts are the same.
Before you add a shortcut for Scan to FTP/SFTP, Scan to Network, or Scan to SharePoint, make sure your network administrator adds your profile name and permissions in Web Based Management.
- Press ([Shortcuts]) .
- Press or to display the Shortcut screens.
- Press to add a new shortcut.
- Press or to display [to USB].
- Press [to USB].
- Press [Options].
- Press or to display the available options for the setting, and then press the option you want.If necessary, repeat these steps to add additional options, and then press [OK].
- Press [Save as Shortcut].
- Press [OK].
- Enter a name for the shortcut. Press [OK].If you want to make this a One Touch Shortcut, follow the LCD instructions.
- Press [OK].
