Save Scanned Documents Using Scan to Workflow Function

Before scanning, do the following using Brother iPrint&Scan (for Windows and Mac):
  1. Set up the Scan to Workflow settings. For more information, see Related Topics.
  2. In the home screen, click Machine Scan Settings>Workflow, and then select the workflow you created.
  1. Press image or image to display [to Workflow], and press it.
  2. Select the destination where you want to save your scanned documents. If multiple computers are connected to the machine, press image or image to display the destination computer you want to save to, and press it.
  3. Select the workflow.
  4. Press [Start].

    • To save the settings as a shortcut, press [Save as Shortcut].
    The machine starts scanning.
