Send a Fax at a Specified Time (Delayed Fax)

You can store up to 50 faxes in the machine's memory to be sent within the next twenty-four hour period.
  1. Load your document.
  2. Press image [Fax]>[Options]>[Delayed Fax]>[Delayed Fax].
  3. Press [On].
  4. Press [Set Time].
  5. To enter the time you want the fax to be sent, do one of the following:

    • If you set [12h Clock] in the [Clock Type] setting, enter the time in 12-hour format.

      Press [AM] or [PM], and then press [OK].

      NOTE
      If your machine displays image, press image, and then press image.

    • If you set [24h Clock] in the [Clock Type] setting, enter the time in 24-hour format and then press [OK].

      (For example, enter 19:45 for 7:45 PM.)

      NOTE
      If your machine displays image, press image, and then press image.
  6. Press [OK].

    If the [OK] button is not displayed after setting the time, press image to return the fax sending screen.
  7. Enter the fax number.
  8. Press [Fax Start].
  9. Press image.
