Reset the Label Printer
Reset the internal memory of your Label Printer if the Label Printer is not operating correctly.
Reset Settings to the Factory Settings Using the Label Printer Buttons
Perform the following steps while the Label Printer is in idle mode.
- Press and hold
for about nine seconds until the Power LED flashes in green, and then release . - Press and hold for about nine seconds until the Power LED flashes in green rapidly.
- Release while the Power LED flashes in green rapidly. Reset mode is on. The Power LED flashes in orange, and then lights in orange.
After resetting, the machine returns to the idle mode.
Reset Settings to the Factory Settings Using the Printer Setting Tool
You can use the Printer Setting Tool from a computer to perform the following operations for the Label Printer:
- Reset communication settings
- Reset printer settings to factory settings
