Store Incoming Faxes in the Machine's Memory

Use the Fax Storage feature to store incoming faxes in the machine's memory. Retrieve your stored fax messages from your fax machine when you are at another location using the Remote Retrieval commands. Your machine will print a backup copy of each stored fax.

MFC-L2805DW

  1. Press 功能.
  2. Press image or image to display the [Fax] option, and then press OK.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Memory Receive] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Forward/Store] option, and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the [Fax Storage] option, and then press OK.
    NOTE

    Press image or image to select on or off for the Backup Print setting. If you select on for the Backup Print setting, the machine also prints a copy of received faxes. (available for certain models)

  6. Press 停止 / 退出.

MFC-L2885DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Fax]>[Setup Receive]>[Memory Receive].
  2. Press the [Fax Storage] option.
    NOTE
    • Press [Backup Print: On] or [Backup Print: Off]. If you select [Backup Print: On], the machine also prints a copy of received faxes. (available for certain models)
  3. Press image.
