Transfer Faxes to Another Fax Machine

You must set up your Station ID before transferring faxes to another fax machine.

MFC-L2802DN/MFC-L2800DW/MFC-L2802DW/MFC-L2827DWXL/MFC-L2827DW/MFC-L2835DW

  1. Press Menu.
  2. Press image or image to display the [Service] option, and then press OK.
  3. Press OK to select [Data Transfer].
  4. Press image or image to display the [Fax Transfer] option, and then press OK.
  5. Do one of the following:
    • If the LCD shows [No Data], there are no faxes left in the machine’s memory. Press Stop/Exit.
    • Enter the fax number to which faxes will be forwarded. Press Start.

MFC-L2860DWE/MFC-L2860DW/MFC-L2862DW/MFC-L2922DW/MFC-L2960DW/MFC-L2980DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Service]>[Data Transfer]>[Fax Transfer].
  2. Do one of the following:
    • If the LCD shows [No Data], there are no faxes left in the machine’s memory. Press [Close].
    • Enter the fax number to which faxes will be forwarded.
  3. Press [Fax Start].
