Enable the Machine to Work with BT Call Sign

MFC-L2802DN/MFC-L2800DW/MFC-L2802DW/MFC-L2827DWXL/MFC-L2827DW/MFC-L2835DW

  1. Press image (Fax).
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Fax] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Miscellaneous] option, and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the [BT Call Sign] option, and then press OK.
  6. Press image or image to display the [On] (or [Off]) option, and then press OK.
  7. Press Stop/Exit.

If you turn off BT Call Sign, the receive mode stays in Manual mode. You will need to set the receive mode again.

MFC-L2860DWE/MFC-L2860DW/MFC-L2862DW/MFC-L2922DW/MFC-L2960DW/MFC-L2980DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Fax]>[Miscellaneous]>[BT Call Sign].
  2. Press [On] (or [Off]).
  3. Press image.

If you turn off BT Call Sign, the receive mode stays in Manual mode. You will need to set the receive mode again.
