Create a Cover Page Message

Create up to two custom cover page messages to add to outgoing faxes.

MFC-L2802DN/MFC-L2800DW/MFC-L2802DW/MFC-L2827DWXL/MFC-L2827DW/MFC-L2835DW

  1. Press image (Fax).
  2. Press Menu.
  3. Press image or image to display the [Fax] option, and then press OK.
  4. Press image or image to display the [Setup Send] option, and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the [Coverpage Note] option to store your own comment, and then press OK.
  6. Press image or image to display the [5.] or [6.] option to store your own comment, and then press OK.
  7. Enter your own comment using the dial pad, and then press OK.
  8. Press Stop/Exit.

MFC-L2860DWE/MFC-L2860DW/MFC-L2862DW/MFC-L2922DW/MFC-L2960DW/MFC-L2980DW

  1. Press image[Settings]>[All Settings]>[Fax]>[Setup Send]>[Coverpage Note].
  2. Press [5.] or [6.] to store your own comment.
  3. Enter your own comment using the LCD, and then press [OK].
  4. Press image.
