Preview and Print Photos from Media

Preview your photos on the LCD before you print them.

USB flash drive support is available only for certain models (DCP-J772DW/MFC-J690DW/MFC-J890DW).

  • If your photos are large files, there may be a delay before each photo is displayed.

DCP-J572DW

  1. Open the media slot cover.

  2. Put the media in the slot.
  3. Press image or image to select [JPEG Print]. Press OK.
  4. Press image or image to select [Select Files]. Press OK.

    To print all photos, press image or image to select [Print All], and then press OK.
  5. Press image or image to display the photo you want to print.
  6. Press + or - on the control panel repeatedly to enter the number of copies you want.
  7. Repeat the last two steps until you have selected all the photos you want to print.

    Press Clear/Back to go back to the previous level.
  8. Press OK.
  9. To change the print settings, press image or image to select the setting you want to change, and then press OK. Press image or image to select the option you want, and then press OK.
  10. Press Colour Start.

DCP-J772DW/MFC-J690DW/MFC-J890DW

  1. Open the media slot cover.

  2. Put the memory card or USB flash drive in the correct slot.
  3. Press [Photo]>[Select Files].
  4. Press image or image to display the photo you want to print, and then press it.

    To print all photos, press [Print All], and then press [Yes] to confirm.
  5. Enter the number of copies in one of the following ways:
    • Press [-] or [+] on the touchscreen.
    • Press image to display the keyboard on the touchscreen, and then enter the number of copies using the touchscreen keyboard. Press [OK].
  6. Press [OK].
  7. Repeat the last three steps until you have selected all the photos you want to print.
  8. Press [OK].
  9. Read and confirm the displayed list of options.
  10. To change the print settings, press [Print Settings].
    When finished, press [OK].
  11. Press [Start].
